Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to first-time customers only. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date. The refund policy covers technical issues related to our server infrastructure that our support team cannot resolve. It does not cover client-side issues such as slow internet speed, device incompatibility, or user configuration errors.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are exempt from refunds: Subscription renewals (manual or automatic), Trial accounts, and issues arising from ISP blocking or local network restrictions.

3. Request Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team via email or our support ticket system. You must provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and proof that you have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team.

4. Processing Time & Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Cryptocurrency refunds will be calculated based on the current market value at the time of the refund, less any network transaction fees.
