Welcome to Cloudio TV. By accessing and utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Service Provision
Cloudio TV is committed to delivering access to IPTV channels corresponding to the specific subscription package purchased. While we strive for excellence, please note that the availability, quality, and functionality of channels—especially those from regions outside your selected package—cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. Quality refers to clear audio and video transmission, while functionality implies operational status with minimal technical interruptions.
2. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Although our services may be accessible globally, Cloudio TV operates under the regulations of its jurisdiction of incorporation. This Agreement is governed by the laws of our registration country, without regard to conflict of law principles. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you are contracting with an entity operating under these specific local laws.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered at our sole discretion and are not automatic. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers who experience unresolved technical issues originating from our infrastructure. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Renewals, trial users, and issues related to client-side setups (like internet speed or incompatible devices) are generally not eligible for refunds.
4. Account Usage & Restrictions
Your subscription is licensed for personal use only within your household. Sharing account credentials with third parties or broadcasting our service in commercial venues (such as bars or hotels) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund. Simultaneous connections are limited to the number specified in your plan.
5. Content Availability
We endeavor to keep our channel lineup and VOD library up to date. However, content availability is subject to change without prior notice due to licensing, technical, or other reasons. Changes in the channel list or content library do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving our services is considered a breach of this agreement. Such actions will result in the immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from using our services in the future.
7. Force Majeure
Cloudio TV shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet backbone failures, or other force majeure events.
